Christian De Sica visits Positano, Italy to speak about his book and the Ischia Film Festival. I made more pictures of him behind the scenes and during his talk with the audience but I really love this photo I made of him just before being announced. He seemed so… Presidential. July 2009
These images are from July 2009 at Club Echoes. I worked here twice while in Riccione, Italy before heading off to Milan. On this night I showed up to photograph The Martinez Brothers from New York City and stumbled upon a Drag Queen Beauty Pageant. “Cameras ready, prepare to flash.” As it turns out, some of these are among my favorite images I made all summer in Europe.
